Hi.One of the most Important thing which we need to keep in mind
is that-"No 2 companies are the same.every company as its own
advantages n disadvantages.So,its good not to compare any
companies because it becomes a though job to handle.For ex. Let
us assume that i am in front of an HR from Accenture n its the
same question he/she asks me.If i tell the HR that this is the
most valued company n the top most company n blah blah. .it
doesnt work most times. .for the simple reason being Cisco is
much bigger them Accenture n Ibm is much bigger than cisco n HP
IS much bigger than Ibm N DELL is bigger n financially stronger
than Ibm. .so an average HR could come up with a question like -
"Why our company, u could have been to abc company which is more
in revenues n employees n has more of a reputation than this
company". .so beware my friends. .work ur minds out. .See u soon.
