HR stands for human resource ,so the job of HR in any
organisation is to deal with human resource. all work
related to people working in that company.like coordinating
and stimulating candidate for the job ie recruitment,
selection, induction training etc.salary making.maintaining
database of employee and interact with employees. i feel
that i can do that job very efficienly because i can
interact with people, i can solve their problems can give
them feedback.
