GetToProperty: returns the specific property value from the
test object properties descriptions.
GetRoProperty: returns the current property value of the
object durting the test run.

Why we use QTP ,We can use other tools like WR OrSilktest What r the options in Qtp that WR and Swilktest Does not have.
