What is coelom? To which structures do coeloms give birth? Are all animals coelomate?
Answer Posted / Sunit Kumar Tiwari
Coelom is a body cavity found in many complex multicellular organisms. It serves as a space for the internal organs and provides support, protection, and flexibility. Coeloms give birth to various structures such as the heart, liver, pancreas, intestines, and kidneys. Not all animals are coelomate; cnidarians, flatworms, and sponges do not have a coelom.
