In SAP ESS MSS, you can manage this through the Time Off Request process. The employee can submit a request for additional working days on a bank holiday via the Employee Self Service portal. To set up such a process, configure the Time Off Request type to include bank holidays and enable the option for part-time employees to request extra days off.
