To connect QlikView to a database, follow these steps: 1. Load the data connection dialog box by selecting File > New > Data Connection, then select the appropriate type of database from the list. 2. Enter your server details, database name, username and password. 3. Test the connection. If successful, you can load the table or tables into QlikView.
