In Talend, errors are generally handled through exception handling and logging mechanisms. The components 'tLog' and 'tJava' can be used to log messages during runtime. When an error occurs, a job may continue to run based on the configuration of 'Stop on error' option for the component or the global setting under Job Preferences > Run/Debug. If 'Stop on error' is enabled, the job will stop at the point where the error occurred.
