To add a Hotmail account to Outlook, follow these steps: 1. Click on File > Account Settings > Account Settings. 2. Click on New > Microsoft Account. 3. Enter your email address and password, then click Next. 4. Choose Manual setup or Additional server types. 5. Fill in the incoming and outgoing mail server information provided by Hotmail (pop-server.hotmail.com for IMAP).
