To reset Outlook, follow these steps: 1. Close Outlook. 2. Go to the Start menu and type %appdata%MicrosoftOutlook in the search bar and press Enter. 3. Delete the 'NavPanes' folder. 4. Go back to the start menu and type %temp% and press Enter. 5. Delete all files in the 'Temporary Internet Files' folder. 6. Restart your computer. 7. Reopen Outlook.
