To create a new Outlook email account, follow these steps:n1. Open Outlook and click on 'File'.n2. Select 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu.n3. Click on 'New Account' and choose 'Manual setup or additional server types'.n4. Select 'POP or IMAP' as your account type, then click 'Next'.n5. Fill in the required information such as email address, password, and account name.n6. Set the incoming mail server to 'pop-server.outlook.com' or 'imap-mail.outlook.com' (for IMAP), and the outgoing mail server to 'smtp-mail.outlook.com'.n7. Click 'More Settings', then go to the 'Outgoing Server' tab, check 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication', and choose 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'.n8. Go to the 'Advanced' tab, and set the incoming server port to 995 for POP or 993 for IMAP, and the outgoing server port to 587.n9. Click 'OK' to save your settings, then click 'Next' to complete account setup.
