To create a Redshift cluster in AWS, navigate to the AWS Management Console, choose 'Services', then 'Redshift'. Click 'Create Cluster' and follow the steps to specify the cluster settings like node type, storage type and size, VPC, security group, etc. To delete a Redshift cluster, select the cluster you want to delete, and choose 'Delete'.
