Hudson and Jenkins are similar open-source automation servers that help with continuous integration and delivery. Hudson was initially developed by Kohsuke Kawaguchi, but it became part of the Apache Software Foundation as Apache Hudson. Later, Kawaguchi forked the project and renamed it to Jenkins, which is now more widely used.
