To edit HTML in Joomla, you can use the Protostar Editor. Go to Extensions > Plugin Manager and search for 'Content - TinyMCE'. Enable it if it's not already enabled. Then, go to your article or custom HTML module and click on the Edit icon. The Protostar Editor allows you to switch between visual and HTML views.
