How do I post under a menu in wordpress?

To create a new page under an existing menu, go to Pages > Add New. Once the page is created and published, go to Appearance > Menus. Choose the menu you want to add the new page to, select the new page from the list on the left, and click 'Add to Menu'. Save the menu to see the changes.
