In WordPress, you can disable comments for specific posts or pages by navigating to the post or page editor, and in the right sidebar find 'Discussion' section. Uncheck the box that says 'Allow comments'. For entire website, you can go to Settings > Discussion and uncheck the option 'Other comments settings' > 'Anyone can submit comments'. Save changes.
