Object Repository is a storage place for the object
properties while recording the application and QTP
recognizes objects at runtime with these properties stored
in Object Repository.
I am also new to QTP.Correct me if i am wrong.

hi i am working with vbwindow on qtp.first i am openning qtp whenever open qtp my application not open that time generated error like "Runtime error 0" and fatal error:automation error how to solve this problem pls tell me
Is it possible to merge two object repository files in qtp?
I am a new tester that needs to create an automatic script involving security questions. On a webpage I need to select a security question(which are random) from a drop down menu, and then input the answer as the last word from the security question. I have the script set-up to automatically select the first security question from the drop down. The problem I am having is trying to insert the security answer. How do I insert the security answer based on the selection from the security question?
Could anyone help me for the below scenario: i am using the descriptive programming for my account, in which we have to generate the contract in the MS-word. when i generate this doc, we need to click on enable macros to continue further. but i am unable to make qtp to click on this. if anybody faced the problem like this??? pls help to get it resolved?
