Test Case :
A test case is a sequence of discrete test steps.A set of
test inputs, execution conditions, and expected results
developed for a particular objective.
Test Scenario :
Definition of a set of test cases or test scripts and the
sequence in which they are to be executed.

If you are handling a product testing and if there are around 100 test cases and in them few test cases are failed then at the end of the day how will you treat whether the product is pass/fail.? consider the failed test cases are in functional requirements.
