Differences between security group and network access control list?
Answer Posted / Deepanshi Chauhan
Security Groups are a managed firewall for controlling incoming and outgoing traffic for Amazon EC2 instances, while Network Access Control Lists (NACLs) are stateless, rule-based binary access control lists that apply to all IP traffic as it enters or leaves the subnet. Security Groups can be associated with network interfaces of EC2 instances and ENIs in a VPC, whereas NACLs are associated with entire subnets.
