What is the relation between the number of data transfer jobs in the configuration settings and the available bgd work processes?

The number of Data Transfer Jobs (DJ) in the configuration settings should not exceed the available Background Work Processes (BGDWP). Each DJ runs on one BGDWP, so having more DJs than available BGDWPs will cause job scheduling issues and can impact system performance.
