well of course sir i have come to study in usa coz the the
university which i select 2 study offered the subject which
r very helpful 2 me 2 get my job in india..and wid that i
can get job more easily wid gud sallary in many of the
multinational companies in india..and in india most of the
companies r sicking 4 this..so tht wil be beneficial 2 me

I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? Hi guys, I am not having employers tax returns document, it is neccesary for stamping process? how to handle the consulate people without that document, Plz give me valuable answer.
My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? I have got my H1B stamped at delhi in Oct 2008 from company X. Due to currect market situation company X has not sent me to USA. Now i resigned from company X and joined company Y. Please let me know if its possible to transfer the H1B visa on company Y.
