Hi, I have a valid H1-B VISA, expiring Oct 2008 and my Company is again filing a L1B but with a different project. What are the possible problems I may face in the interview? How is my Chance of getting my VISA stamped? Regards Arvind B
I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??

My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa. I was passed in 2007.did lectureship in engineering college for 2.5 yrs then did one professional course in 2010.from there i got placed to MNC now having 1.5yr of exp in software.Now my company wants to file L1 B visa for me.As dis visa is meant for people with specialized knowledge.Is this 3.5 yr of gap after my education and job will be reason for my L1 rejection.Do the visa officer check every educational certificate thoughrouly.I cant mention lectureship as my previous employer also.plz help I have my visa interview is on next week.
Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. I am working for Tata group IT company having more than 5000 Employee (Not TCS), I was having L1B in 2005 but I never traveled to US, instead my company send me Europe from where I return back in 2008, eventually my L1B got expired in 2009. Now my company again filed my L1B and my interview scheduled next week. What will the impacts of my previous unused VISA?
