Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?

I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . I am a Senior Software Engineer. My eldest Sister is a Permanent resident and my elder Brother is a Citizen of US. I want to go for H1b visa. If the Imigration officer poses me a question as "If any of my family memebers are there is US". Is it a hindrance for me to get the visa because of settlement of my Sister and Brother in US.
