Normally Yes. Remuneration for acting as a trustee is
always considered material to the accounts and should
therefore be shown in a note to the accounts. It is
advisable for the note to the accounts to explain the
charging clause. If a trustee has received payment for a
professional service which the charity would have purchased
as part of its normal operations, disclosure is only
required where it is material but is advisable in all
cases.
