Cause: The data for the named column is in a dynamic LOBFILE
or secondary data file. This message is returned when the
field containing the name of the file with the data for this
field has not been set or is NULL. This could be because the
record in the data file does not match the format described
by the SQL*Loader control file.
Action: Correct any errors in the data file or the
SQL*Loader control file.
