Cause: The TNS_ADMIN environment variable is set properly.
INTCTL will use the TNS_ADMIN directory. This is only an
informative message. If you do not want it to be used, and
want the default directory to be used instead, then unset
TNS_ADMIN and reexecute.

Action: None.
