Cause: The routine createRmanStatusRow() or
createRmanOutputRow() could add new row into V$RMAN_STATUS
or V$RMAN_OUTPUT.

Action: Check the associated error messages. If the
associated error message indicates a condition that can be
corrected, do so, otherwise contact Oracle.
