Cause: PROXY was specified, and the target database uses a
media manager that supports proxy copy, but the COMPATIBLE
initialization parameter of the target database must be
8.1.0 or greater to create proxy backups. If the database is
downgraded to the earlier release that is specified in the
COMPATIBLE parameter, then it will no longer be able to
restore proxy backups.

Action: Either take a non-proxy backup or change the target
database COMPATIBLE parameter.
