RMAN-06188: cannot use command when connected to a mounted
target database

Cause: An attempt was made to issue a command that can be
used only when there is no connection to the target database
or when the target database is not mounted.
Action: Dismount the database or restart RMAN and use the
command before connecting to the target database.
Please add more information about this Error
