Cause: The REPORT NEED BACKUP DAYS command may report some
files as requiring backups when they really do not, because
the most current online status of the file is not known
unless a current controlfile is mounted.

Action: no action required, however, a current controlfile
should be mounted, if possible, to get the most accurate
REPORT output.

Please add more information about this Error
