Cause: Query rewrite could not use this materialized view,
because query rewrite was not enabled for it.

Action: Enable query rewrite for the materialized view with
ALTER MATERIALIZED VIEW "mv" ENABLE QUERY REWRITE command,
where "mv" is the name of the materializev view.

Please add more information about this Error
