Cause: An exception appears in two different WHEN clauses
(that is, two different exception handlers) in the
exception-handling part of a PL/SQL block or subprogram.
Action: Remove one of the references to the exception.

if the lengths of two wires are same and the area of cross sections is 4:7 then what will be the ratio of current passing through these wires
