Cause: A quoted identifier had a beginning quote ("), but
before the ending quote (") was found, an end-of-line marker
was encountered.

Action: Remove the beginning quote or add the ending quote.
The line and column numbers accompanying the error message
refer to the beginning of the quoted identifier.
