Cause: An host variable array was used with an indicator
array declared with a smaller dimension. For example: EXEC
SQL BEGIN DECLARE SECTION; int dept_no[20]; short
dept_no_ind[10]; EXEC SQL END DECLARE SECTION; ... SELECT
... INTO dept_no:dept_no_ind ...

Action: Increase the size of the indicator array.
