PCC-02406: Expecting the form 'RETURN[ING] REF INTO :<ref>' only

Cause: When using the RETURNING clause in an OBJECT CREATE
statement, only a single 'REF INTO :<host variable>' is
expected. This error occurs if the expression list to which
REF belongs is greater than one or if there are more than
one host variables supplied in the into list.
Action: Rewrite the RETURNING clause as per the given
specification.
