ORA-37129: (XSCCOMP04) The AGGMAP workspace object cannot be
used to aggregate the VARIABLE workspace object. All static
MODEL statements must precede all RELATION statments over
the bases of the COMPRESSED COMPOSITE.

Cause: The AGGMAP was defined with a MODEL statement after a
RELATION statement over a base of the COMPRESSED COMPOSITE.
Action: Change the AGGMAP so that the MODEL statements
appear before the RELATION statements.
