An Epic is a large body of work that can be broken down into smaller, manageable units called User Stories. A User Story represents a single feature from the customer's perspective and is further divided into Tasks which are actionable items to complete the user story. In Scrum, Epics help in organizing work, User Stories provide a high-level understanding of the product features, and Tasks define the specific actions that need to be taken.
