ORA-34897: (PPMONTHS01) Blank lines are not allowed in the
MONTHNAMES option.

Cause: There is at least one blank line in the string
populating the MONTHNAMES option. We do not allow blank
month names.
Action: Remove the blank line(s) from the string.
