To access an AOL email account in Outlook, you need to set up the account as a POP3 or IMAP account. Go to File > Account Settings > New > Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync (for mobile devices) or Microsoft Office Outlook (for Windows PC). Enter your name, AOL email address, password, and choose either POP3 or IMAP for account type.
