Explain how you can manage archive settings in Microsoft Outlook?
Answer Posted / Shyam Veer Arya
In Microsoft Outlook, archiving helps to reduce the size of your mailbox by moving old items to a PST file. To manage archiving, go to 'File' > 'Account Settings' > 'Account Settings.' Select the account you want to modify and click on 'Change' > 'More Settings' > 'Advanced.' In the 'Data Files' tab, click 'AutoArchive Settings,' then configure the retention period, location of the archive file, and other options.
