Cause: A function was presented with a null parameter.

Action: This error is not normally visible to the user.
Enable Oracle Net tracing and attempt the connection again.
If the error persists, contact Oracle customer support.

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
