How do you use assign activity, delay activity in UiPath?

"The Assign Activity is used to set the value of a variable. To use it, drag and drop it onto the workflow designer, then click on the 'Value' property and set the new value. The Delay Activity pauses the execution for a specified amount of time. Simply drag and drop it into your workflow, then set the duration in milliseconds."
