To set up a standalone Solr server in SAP Hybris, you need to follow these steps: 1. Install Solr on your system, 2. Configure the solrcore.xml file with relevant settings, 3. Update the hybris.properties file to point to the new Solr instance, and 4. Restart the Hybris platform.
