Containment and Aggregation are object-oriented design concepts related to association between objects. Containment refers to a strong relationship where the containing object takes full responsibility for the contained object's lifetime, while Aggregation refers to a weaker relationship where the aggregate object does not control the lifespan of the aggregated objects.
