ORA-09926: Unable to set effective privilege set of the server

Cause: A dedicated server was unable to set it's own
privilege set.
Action: Check the privileges granted to the ORACLE
executable. It must have at least "allowmacacess" privilege.
Please add more information about this Error

if the lengths of two wires are same and the area of cross sections is 4:7 then what will be the ratio of current passing through these wires
