Cause: Memory needed for a temporary buffer could not be
allocated. The additional information field contains the
number of bytes that ORACLE attempted to allocate.
Action: Check the UNIX error number. It is probable that the
system has run out of memory. If there is no error, contact
ORACLE support.
Please add more information about this Error
