Action: You have probably exceeded the maximum number of
open file descriptors per user or the system file table
operating system error code and contact your system
administrator.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
