Cause: An attempt was made to use mine_value function on a
column other than redo_value or undo_value columns of
SYS.X$LOGMNR_CONTENTS or SYS.V$LOGMNR_CONTENTS fixed table/view.
Action: Rewrite the SQL statement with a legal invocation of
mine_value
