Cause: Unable to create a unique file name for an Oracle
managed file. Oracle tried several names but each file name
was already in use in the default destination directory for
the file type.
Action: Retry the operation. If that fails, also, it may be
necessary to change the default destination directory for
the file type and then retry.
Please add more information about this Error
