Cause: The client application attempted to bind an array of
cursors or attempted to repeatedly execute against a PL/SQL
block with a bind variable of type cursor.

Action: Bind a single cursor or execute the PL/SQL block once.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
