ORA-29809: cannot drop an operator with dependent objects

Cause: The operator which is being dropped has some
dependent objects.
Action: Either drop the dependent objects first and then
issue the DROP OPERATOR command or specify the FORCE option
with DROP OPERATOR.
Please add more information about this Error
